Nomads Sky - Update #10/11
Last week I thought about having a better polygon destruction system in my game because the current system was all over the place and had limitations I did not like. So I started on a polygon 2d fracture tool.
This week I finally managed to get the cutting part working and it should now be capable of doing what I need in Nomads Sky (and more) :) In the next weeks, I will start using the fracture tool in Nomads Sky so you can see it in action!
So [Update #10/11] does not add anything to Nomads Sky (no new builds) but it will make future work much simpler. I also worked a little bit on Nomads Sky the last 2 weeks but all of that will be in [Update #12].
The Godot Polygon 2D Fracture tool is available on itch.io and GitHub under the MIT License. So feel free to use it in your own projects :D
