Dev Update #5 - Poly Merge/ Cut/ Fracture


For The last few weeks, I have been busy working on many small and tedious things all around the engine, so I never had anything to showcase…

So for this week, I chose to work on polygon fracturing and the clipper2 wrapper, to finally have something visual. I made a new example scene including polygon merging/cutting & fracturing with a laser beam :)

I found some bugs to fix and some areas that need improvements but overall the polygon collision/clipping/drawing systems are done now.

The next thing I have to work on is the camera system and some new example scenes for various things I have yet to test and after that, I will work on a small asteroid game-like example scene.
